YLSK-212 Two Axis Compression Spring Machine, First is wire feed axis which controls wire feeding and second is Cam axis which drives the cam to form the spring by controlling outside diameter, pitch & cutting blade. Machine is equipped with Torsion Device, Suitable for producing a variety of right or left handed torsion & special shaped spring. Length Detector device helps to detect & separate accurate springs. Length Tester & Spring separator is optional device.
Controller system and Japanese servo motors provides High-speed，High-precision, Stable operation, No noise & Vibration.
Machine can Produce various types of compression springs, Oil seal rings, Torsion spring, Conical spring, Tension spring and special purpose springs.
